Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply when you buy or use From Zero Code to Full SaaS (the book) or its Complete Edition (the book plus the Founder Kit), sold on this site.

Who sells the product

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment, sales tax, receipts and delivery under its own terms.

What you get

A digital download. The book is a PDF. The Complete Edition is a ZIP file that also contains the Prompt Pack, templates, checklists, a spreadsheet and a starter software project. Nothing is shipped physically.

Your license

You may read the book and use everything in the Founder Kit, including the prompts, templates and starter project, in as many of your own products as you like, commercial or not, and change them freely. You may not resell, share, upload or give away the book or the kit, or publish the templates or the starter project as a template or kit of your own. Each purchase is for one person.

No guarantee of results

The book shares a real experience and a method. It does not promise income, customers or any business result. Software, platforms, prices and rules change; the information was checked in October 2026, and you must test your own work and check current rules before relying on them.

Not professional advice

The legal templates are a starting point, not legal advice, and nothing in the book is legal, tax or financial advice. Have important documents reviewed by a professional for the countries you sell in. The starter project is an educational foundation, not a finished product: you are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing anything you build with it.
